Boasting refined aerodynamics that is integrated throughout the body, the C8 is the perfect example of a harmonious balance between form and function. The standard wheels that come on the Corvette, however, left many fans unenthused as they left much to be desired. That is no big deal, though, as the aftermarket houses a wide range of options for the C8. Few, however, can compare to the lightweight, durable, and stylish elements of the VR Forged D01 wheels.
The Arctic White C8 featured here wears 20×9.5 wheels at the front and 21×12.5 at the rear. These D01s are finished in a glossy black that beautifully contrasts the white exterior and pairs well with the bright red brake calipers. These wheels have a +38 / +58 offset with a 67.1 center bore and 5×120 bolt pattern. The front wheels weigh in at 11.4 kilograms (25.1 pounds) and the rear wheels are 13.9 kilograms (30.6 pounds). Both have a load rating of up to 690 kilograms (1521 pounds). Recommended tire size for this set is 255/30/20 and 325/25/21.
The VR Forged D01 is a full one-piece forged monoblock wheel featuring a unique design to truly demand the spotlight. Manufactured using a 10,000-ton press, these wheels are incredibly strong while remaining lightweight. With several “V” elements, the D01 wheel is perfectly matched to any luxury vehicle or sports car.
